The Central Library is the intellectual heart of GEC Lakhisarai. Spanning over 400 sq. meters, it is fully automated using KOHA Integrated Library Management System. It houses a rich collection of engineering textbooks, reference materials, and national/international journals.

The institute houses a fully air-conditioned Seminar Hall with a seating capacity of 250+. It is the venue for national conferences, expert guest lectures, workshops, and pre-placement talks.
